 The 200MD is a high quality
multi-sliding bypass door hardware set ideally suited for heavy internal
timber door applications where trouble-free operation and long life is a
necessity. The 200MD features heavy duty
precision extruded aluminum I-beam track, four-wheeled ball-bearing
hangers with removable hanger plates.
Steel parts fabricated from 14 – 16 gauge high quality zinc dichromate
plated steel. Track lengths are available up to
4877mm.

Strong
thick walled I-beam aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation and
heavy-duty use.

Large
1" [25mm] diameter nylon encapsulated ball bearing wheels means
smooth rolling operation and long life. Removable hanger plates allow easy
installation/removal of heavy doors and height adjustable hanger shafts
allows precision door alignment.

Designed
to be positioned anywhere along the 200 track length then clamped
into place with machine screws to stop heavy doors.

BOTTOM GUIDE TRACK
Precision extruded
aluminum lengths for smooth operation, may be installed in the
door or in the floor depending upon installers preference.

GUIDE
Single post
door guide with spring tensioned contact surface assuring positive
contact and smooth operation. Guide can be installed on the door or on
the floor depending upon installers preference.
